Tide planner updated

The tide planner was just updated to include some new helpful search features. You can now specify which days of the week to search for, and you can limit the results to only slack before flood or slack before ebb.

We just finished implementing a custom tides and currents graph feature that is based on information from XTides. Click the "tides/currents" link from any dive site or dive event page, or go directly to the tide planning page.
